CHIP`

Our church is doing the CHIP program....and I signed up. CHIP stands for Coronary Health Improvement Program or something like that. It teaches you how to eat for your health and the reasons behind it all. I'm pretty excited about it and I can't wait to start. It is starting at the end of this month.
