Dear Princess,
Yes, Princess. That's exactly who you are. You are beautiful inside and out. You are so thoughtful and always seem to be thinking of ways to brighten the days of the people you love. You are an amazing helper and quite the little chef. You are filled with love for God and know the Bible so well already. And with God as your creator and Father, that makes you a true princess.
When we visited Disney World, you were most excited about meeting the princesses. You were taken by their beautiful dresses and demur ways. But even more important than what is on the outside, is what you are like on the inside. You see, when you are a true princess...a daughter of THE King, the inside will always outshine the outside, no matter how stunning. He even tells us that the outside is not what is important, it is the inside that matters. This old world gets crazy and things often get twisted around. Most people value what is .outside, what they can see. But true beauty is so much more. It isn't what we see at all. That beauty will be lost in no time. True beauty is something inside. You can carry it with you wherever you go, however old you get. It's things like, sticking up for others, sharing, thoughtfulness, empathy, and love. Those things are the foundation of you you are, and who you are becoming.
Last night, you were playing dress up with your princess costumes. One moment, you were Snow White, dressed in blue and red, and yellow. You pranced around in front of us, wanting us to ooo and ahhh over your beauty. Then you were Cinderella, dressed and ready for the ball. You swirled and spun while we gushed over you. The entire time, you had the biggest smile on your face. You were eating it up. Afterward, you wanted to play Disney World. You told me to wait in line so I could meet the princess, Cinderella (you). You went around the corner and sat down. I came in, took pictures of you, and then got you to sign your autograph. You had such fun doing this again and again until bedtime.
Being beautiful and having people gush over you may feel good for those moments, but remember that true beauty is deep inside. Hidden in your heart. And it's the beauty inside that will last and draw people to you. People who are beautiful can still be ugly if they do not have the beauty that hides inside. I pray that you will be more focused on what really matters. The beauty that lasts. Because that what true princesses have. Beauty inside. Because they are the daughters of THE King.

Saint Patrick's Day
We had a great day on St. Paddy's day. The babies are getting so good at cooking now, that I basically just prepped the items (laid them out) and they did the rest. They made green cupcakes with white frosting and green sprinkles. They also made a few green dinosaur cupcakes with green frosting from some left over dinosaur cupcake set we had. They made little pretzel bites too, which were my favorite. After that, we watched Mr. Peabody and Sherman. And I must say that it was so good. We loved it. It was definitely family friendly and hilarious in parts. Later the babies made pizza buns for supper and we watched the Veggie Tale's movie, The Sumo of the Opera, which also has a part about St. Patrick. We hardly ever watch a movie during supper, so these two were super excited.
