We started the day with a pool party. Enjoyed a visit from my Aunt, Uncle, Cousin, and his baby. Ate some delicious grilled food. Played some fun games. And enjoyed a firework show to remember. All in all, a perfect day.
Scare of the day: Baby girl burning her hair when she freaked out about the sparkler.
Hero of the weekend: My dad, for sneaking off to Walmart, unannounced, to purchase some Rook cards.
Showmen of the day: All the guys for a spectacular front row view to a beautiful light display.
Cooks of the day: All the women for grilled goodness.
